Wellness Services
TEACHING: I am available for class facilitation as well as one-on-one clients. I work with a range of ages - from teens to adults to elders. My group classes are open to all – all genders, body shapes, races, faiths, abilities welcome. Private sessions are tailored to your needs and requests.
TRAINING: I partner with schools, colleges, social justice non-profits, and social service organizations to work with their staff and clients. Trainings include neuroscience, relevant tips, and chances for participants to engage in embodied practices in order to foster sustainability and create opportunities for turnkey practices.
CONSULTING: I share my expertise in trauma informed care and wellness justice to promote more understanding and practical ways to create culturally sensitive, intentional, and brave spaces. Clients include workplace organizations, community centers, and changemakers.
Wellness services are offered both in person and virtually.
Being a naturally curious person, I’ve studied and trained in many types of wellness practices - both for my own personal growth as well as expanding my range as a facilitator. I love how these embodied awareness practices can help us access more flow, more insight, and more attuned presence for the joys and hardships in our lives.
In all the modalities that I offer, the practices are only one part of well-being. Cultivating a space where people feel like they are seen for who they truly are, validated, and empowered to make healthy choices is a priority for me. A fundamental human need is to feel connected and a sense of belonging. Through practice, we can gain this connection to our own bodies, minds and hearts. And through our human to human attentive presence, we can build authentic and deep relational communities.
