OVERVIEW

This is an 14-day/13-night retreat. We will stay in 4 star hotels throughout our stay in Taiwan. We will have one yoga session per full day in an indoor space at each of our hotels (exception may occur on certain tour days). Please note, in order to see most of the country, we will be switching hotel rooms every two nights after our initial four night stay in Taipei.

There will be planned tours during our two weeks, as well as free time to explore more on your own. We will travel throughout the country by air-conditioned private bus. An English-speaking guide will accompany us on all tours.

Daytime temperatures in Taiwan in November reach to the mid-to high 70s degrees Fahrenheit, and night temperatures are in the mid 60 degrees.
